  The apartment itself was really nice and loved the layout. We decided to move my family in even though the reviews are terrible in hopes they were just exaggerating...nope they will take your as much as your deposit as possible! My husband son and I all lived there for only 2 1/2 months when my in laws needed help so we had to move out. My mother inlaw and I cleaned for a week and she spent over 6 hours in the kitchen one day cleaning. I repainted just about everything and that place looked better then when we moved in. I called to schedule the walk through because i wanted to be there and they scheduled then called me back the same day and said oh sorry I’m wrong we don’t have a time you can come. They wouldn’t let me walk through!!!! They charged us a 2 1/2 cleaning fee, 4 hour painting fee, two cabinets that bubbled! We weren’t even there 3 months! Who knows if they even replaced them and two blinds that were bent. Mind you the back patio door has a long handle on it were no matter what you do it hits the blinds so be prepared to pay to replace it. All together charged us over $600 Also the pictures they sent me of what they had to “clean” were ridiculous some had nothing! And they took one of a piece of carpet that came off and was on the kitchen floor! They had just replaced the carpet when we moved in and that’s what happens with new carpet pieces come out! I would never move in there again. Just be prepaid to not see your deposit and pay extra when you move out no matter how much you do.

  This place is the worst. If i could give them a 0 in would! Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this place, you'll save yourself a lot of money, stress, hospital visits and from being harassed.
