  Well unfortunately, this company actually BILLS for Doctor offices in the area and this is the number provided on the invoice to contact regarding all billing inquiries. In doing so, I got the rudest, most condescending individual on the other line. I could certainly tell that this company also works in COLLECTIONS by the tone of her voice and manner in which she spoke to me. She was short with me and rude in everything that she said and then she proceeded to try and "school" me about things that she knew nothing about and was even wrong. I've never encountered such a rude individual working for billing in a Doctor's office but then I found out that they are actually a 3rd party billing service and also do collections. Well, that explains it. It's a shame that people feel the need to work in a customer service type field and not know how to treat the customers. I guess, they might be good at the part of the job that deals with COLLECTIONS but if you care about your patients and want to ensure they are treated with respect and provided information regarding their accounts, then I would not hire this company. If I were a Doctor Office an needed billing services then I would not use this this company if they were the last company available, unless you wanted to irritate and loose your patients.
