  If you are living in a home and Patricia is coming to show it, be prepared to leave immediately. She stirs trouble with the landowner behind your back with lies and then when brought up doesn't correct the mistake. Patricia Casteels lied to my landowner. She said she gave us 24 hours notice (when she hadn't), and that we did not respond and we kept denying her agents so that was the reason she could not show the house. First, we always gave permission when given 24 hours notice. Second, the time we did not respond, still was not 24 hours in advance of the showing request AND we were simply gone at the Olympic mountains out of cell service at the time. Due to her lack of responsibility and misleading information, our landowner sent us an angry email for not responding to a 24 hour notice of showing and then tried to tell us we had to report whenever we were not home at all times... And we would not agree to this. Patricia lied to our landowner simply to scapegoat her own lack of ethics and responsibility and threw my household under the bus in doing so. We have now received notice to leave due to this entire situation. I called in to Re/Max once and tried to have this situation handled and figured out. I was told that they would do further investigation of the situation. They never got back to me and Patricia never apologized or did anything to fix this wrongful behavior. So she is free to continue manipulating the rest of the world in her own self-interest. Whether she lied intentionally or was given wrongful information by her own agents, I cannot tell any one. However, what I can say is her wrongful doing is that she was the one who gave the misleading and wrongful information to our landowner. She was the one who never sent a message to the landowner apologizing and saying that she was wrong and thereby never took the tension she caused with our landowner away. And the Re/Max company has done nothing so far to right this wrong with our household. And now it is too late. All I can say is farewell Patricia Casteels, will be glad never to have to deal with a situation like this again.

  We worked with Cari Schwisow to buy our house 2 years ago, and then sell it just 2 months ago, and Cari made both parts really easy and stress free. I was really impressed with how easy she made everything
