  We were put in touch with Nicole Kempinski by our son and daughter in law. Nicole was their agent when they purchased a home in Gig Harbor this past spring. They absolutely raved about their experience with Nicole and recommended her to my husband and I when we decided to relocate to the PNW as well. From the very beginning we found Nicole to be attentive to our needs, was on top of the market where we were interested in moving, was readily available at all times and is a very nice person. When we scheduled our first visit to the area Nicole had lined up all the homes we wanted to see (and there were many) and then spent two whole day getting us to and through them. In total Nicole wrote three offers for us and two were on the same home and that was the home that we really wanted. It was a very difficult negotiation, one that went on for a number of months, but through it all Nicole was on top of everything including the other agent. She kept us continuously informed and eventually we closed. We would highly and gladly recommend Nicole to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thanks Nicole....
